Turun Teollisuuden Rakentajat Ltd is a medium-sized contractor and part of the Priima Companies Group. The company, founded in 1997, is located in Turku, Finland.

We are contractors for various public and social sector premises, business and office premises as well as facilities for industry and logistics and housing projects, all meeting the highest standards. Our specialty is turnkey projects.

Teollisuuden Rakentajat guarantees effective administration of all its projects. We have several reliable and long-term, highly reliable subcontractors, which enables us to execute major and turnkey projects of all sizes. In total the number of employees is between 40 and 80 in our projects at any one time.

The Priima Group also offers services both for planning and managing different projects. We can carry out comprehensive planning, project management and supervision tasks. We take responsibility for projects being completed according to plans and customers' wishes, and we offer experience to assist the customer in reaching their ultimate goals.
